PAI - PROFESSORIAL ADVANCEMENT INITIATIVE DIRECTORY

The Big Ten Academic Alliance PAI Directory is a tool designed to increase visibility of postdoctoral scholars who have been traditionally underrepresented, including racial and ethnic minorities, with search committees for tenure track faculty positions.

To start, please read and agree to the terms below:

First Time Users

If you have not started a PAI profile, you will need to register.

Once registered, you will be directed to confirm your account. You must confirm your account before you can log into your application.
The PAI profile can be completed in one setting or you may return later to finish it.
You will be able to update your profile at any time.
Each year, you will receive an email where you will indicate if you are still seeking a position and wish to remain in the Directory.

I authorize the Big Ten Academic Alliance to share my personal and educational data that I provide using this online form. My information will be publicly accessible for recruitment purposes. This consent applies to education data that may otherwise be protected under the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 20 U.S.C. 1232g, also known as FERPA or the Buckley Amendment. This authorization will remain in effect until I rescind it in writing.
